Oil is over $90USD per barrel; corn prices have nearly doubled; imports of ethanol to the United States are at an all time high; auto manufacturers are claiming that not enough alternative fuel exists to support building Flexible Fuel Vehicles in large scale numbers; municipalities are spending large amounts of money in processing trash to landfills; the landfills are, unsurprisingly, filling – we are running out of landfill space; landfills present a potential hazard with leaching, off-gases, and air pollution (ask the neighbors of the landfills).

Problems, problems, problems. But then again, maybe not. It depends on how we view the problems.

We are TCE International Group Renewable Energy (TIGRE). We view these problems from a different perspective:
  • The “trash” is not waste; it is really a resource – we convert it to new alternative fuels, including biodiesel and DME, both of which will go a longway towards energy independence.
  • The renewable fuel deficit is solvable – we make our renewable fuel from the trash in the Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) landfills of our communities. We may not have to import after all...
  • We eliminate landfills by using that resource (some call it waste) as feedstock for our gasification plants that produce the renewable fuels. We eliminate the need to expand to other acreage for landfill use, reduce the cost of processing the resource, and reduce the impact of leaching from the landfills.
  • We produce these fuels at a lesser cost and impact than ethanol. No corn, sugar, rice, or soybeans to consume energy to grow and process; no additional cost impact to consumers for the increased cost of these commodities (corn prices have doubled). We can use these and any other carbonaceous feedstock, but we use the resource of trash to make an even better renewable fuel than ethanol.

  • In summary, this is what we do:
    • Eliminate landfills and trash
    • Produce an alternative fuel
    • Create jobs in the construction, operation and maintenance of the plants and the logistics of the operations
    • Positively impact the Greenhouse Effect by increasing the use of alternative fuels in place of fossil fuels, including gasoline and diesel
    • Reduce the nation’s dependence on foreign oil
    • Sell the by-products of the production system, including the water, carbon dioxide, ash, slag, etc.
    • Generate electricity via the use of hot syngas to power steam turbines, with this electricity to be sold to the municipality.
If it sounds like this newly developed alternative fuel will have a huge impact on our nation, you are correct. It is why we named our company TCE – This Changes EVERYTHING. It does.
TCE’s Vision

TCE’s Vision is to help the world eliminate municipal waste landfills while converting that same resource to a new alternative fuels that can be blended with gasoline as the alternative fuel of choice, reducing the world’s dependence on oil.
TCE’s Mission

TCE will build production plants using a patented process and technology. The process converts synthesis gas (a mixture of hydrogen and carbon monoxide, also known as "syngas") into new alternative fuels, including biodiesel and DME. The cost of producing this alternative fuel is less than the wholesale cost of gasoline, crude oil and the cost of producing fermented ethanol. TCE's business model presents the opportunity to convert landfill-bound waste and other short-term waste removal solutions into fuel and electricity. This also saves the landfill space and associated high cost expenditures.
TCE’s Competitive Edge

TCE has identified the following elements that give it a competitive edge:

  • Cost: The cost of production of our alternative fuels is much less than for current fossil fuels in the market place.
  • Reduced CO2 Emissions: TCE offers a product that does not contribute to the net greenhouse effect that most fuels are responsible for causing.
  • Recycled Resources: TCE's processed products are an extension of recycled products and are more appealing to the world's changing attitude toward fossil fuels.
  • Elimination of waste disposal issues: Governmental entities now have waste that takes up landfill space. TCE's service will convert that waste into energy and fuel, which will save valuable landfill space.
