| Tony Watson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, is a 1970 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. Mr. Watson brings with him 40 years of experience in high technology. As a naval officer who achieved the rank of Rear Admiral, he spent 30 years operating submarine nuclear power plants, including commanding nuclear submarines. For two years he also gained the experience of working as manager of plant operations at the Potomac Electric Power Company in Washington DC, where he operated oil, gas, and coal fired electricity generating power plants and gained broad expertise in the industry. His extensive background in highly technical, practical power plant engineering, leadership, strategy, and business building make him well suited for TCE Global Energy Corporation. He was most recently CEO of Alliance Leadership Group, providing consulting services to technology based businesses large and small. Mr. Watson is the recipient of the Black Engineer of the Year (BEYA) Award, Government, in 1988, and is co-chairman of the BEYA Alumni Association. He was also recipient of the State Of Illinois Lincoln Award, the state’s highest honor. |

| Keith O. Crews, President, is the former CEO of EFA Acceptance, a medical device marketing company. He was responsible for the engineering of a prototype soft tissue diagnostic device into mass production for nationwide commercial and government contract services. Previously, he was CEO of Intellitranz Transaction Systems, an Internet e-commerce portal, under the Arthur Andersen e-business incubator group, that specialized in purchase and privacy assurance for on-line transactions. He headed eMeramak, an online merchant bank processor that was the predecessor of Intellitranz. Prior to going out on his own, Mr. Crews was an executive account manager of the business information systems team that rolled out AT&T's initial business Internet products at AT&T's World Net Dedicated Internet Division. |

| Marlon Pujol, Vice-President Sales & Marketing is a seasoned entrepreneur in the energy sector with several successful ventures under his belt. He has been a equity owner in two large energy related HVAC businesses and has designed engineering and operations system for a number of large structures in Washington D.C. and has traversed through a number of energy efficiency technologies in his respective fields of expertise. Mr. Pujol has several energy related patents and has served as a spokesperson and host on a popular Washington D.C. energy conservation radio show. Mr. Pujol has designed geo Thermal systems and has several professional certifications. Mr. Pujol has negotiated a number of multi-million dollar contracts and is recognized as a leader in the HVAC industry. |
